Make The Switch
The American Kenpo Karate International is like no
other American Kenpo association out there. Our success
is based on your success. Therefore, we help our affiliated
school and club owners in every way possible by offering
innovative approaches to attracting new students and
keeping them active, longer.
While it is true that we teach different curriculum
than Mr. Parker, it is still American Kenpo based on
the guidelines, theories, concepts, and principles he
developed. We offer many ways for you to learn the art
then pass the art onto your students. Our goal is to
make the process as seamless as possible.
- Imagine being able to offer rank that extends beyond
the boundaries of your studio.
- Award internationally recognized rank certificates
immediately after each belt test.
- Provide a welcome packet to all new students when
they enroll in your studio and enroll in the AKKI
which includes the crest patch, AKKI rocker patch,
and membership card.
- Teach exclusive American Kenpo curriculum that
gives you a competitive advantage over your competition
including knife, club, ground and stand up grappling.
- You’ll have access to profitable and exclusive
merchandise offered at wholesale discounts to sell
to your students.
School Membership Fees
The annual AKKI dues for a club is $50* (if you have
less than 10 students) and $125* for school owners (if
you have 11 or more students).
As part of your dues, you will receive an official
AKKI affiliated plaque to hang in your school or club
that lets the public know of your international affiliation.
Student Membership Collection Policy
As an AKKI affiliated school, you keep $10 out of
the $25 annual individual membership fees from your
students to put back into your school for training,
advertising, promotions, etc.
Each year, you send in individual membership dues
from each of your students over 12 years old to AKKI
Headquarters in Evanston,
Wyoming (USA).
